Service Delivery Policy

Thikano is an app and website based digital property listing, rental transaction, and payment service. This page explains how digital services are delivered and why physical shipping does not apply.

1. Digital Service Delivery

Thikano delivers access to digital property listing, booking, purchase, rental transaction, and payment tools through its mobile app, website, and related online services. There is no physical shipment or courier delivery for Thikano software services.

2. Access Timeline

App and website information, policy pages, and early-access waitlist registration are available digitally. Paid digital-service access, when available, is normally activated after successful payment confirmation through Razorpay and completion of any required account or onboarding steps.

3. What Customers Receive

  • Access to eligible Thikano app, website, or platform features.
  • Digital records for property listings, tenant interest, booking, purchase, rent, payment, and receipt workflows where applicable.
  • Payment confirmation or receipt information when a payment is successfully processed.
  • Customer support through the contact details listed on the app or website.

4. No Shipping Charges

Because Thikano provides digital services, shipping fees, delivery partner charges, physical tracking IDs, and return shipping do not apply. Any platform fees, service fees, taxes, or payment gateway charges will be shown or communicated as applicable before payment.

5. Service Delays

Access may be delayed due to payment gateway reconciliation, bank downtime, maintenance, identity or account checks, internet outages, technical issues, or force majeure events. If you have paid and cannot access the expected service, contact us at support@thikano.in with your Razorpay payment ID or order ID.

6. Property Availability

Listings, rooms, booking or purchase arrangements, tenancy arrangements, possession, deposits, registration, and physical property access are not shipped or physically delivered by Thikano. These matters are handled by the relevant owner and tenant outside the digital-service delivery described here, subject to applicable listing terms and law.
